ASTM A516 boiler steel plate pressure vessel steel sheet shall be killed and shall conform to fine austenitic grain size requirements. The maximum thickness of ASTM A516 boiler steel plate pressure vessel steel sheet is limited only by the capacity of its composition to meet the specified A516 steel mechanical property requirements.
