304 stainless steel

304 stainless steel

304 stainless steel is a common material in stainless steel, with a density of 7.93 g/cm, also known in the industry as 18/8 stainless steel. High temperature resistance 800℃, with good processing performance, high toughness. We can provide 304 stainless steel pipes, steel plates, steel coils, etc.

Introduction

304 is a universal stainless steel widely used in the manufacture of equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive properties (corrosion resistance and formability). To maintain the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, steel must contain at least 18% chromium and at least 8% nickel. 304 stainless steel is produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard a brand of stainless steel.

Common labeling methods on the market include 06Cr19Ni10 and SUS304, among which 06Cr19Ni10 generally means national standard production, 304 generally means ASTM standard production, SUS304 means daily standard production.
